Surface Drive and PC pump (Progressive Cavity Pump) is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving artificial lift system, which is composed of surface drive and downhole PC pump. Surface drive suspends and rotates rod string and power is then transmitted downhole, which in turn drives the PC pump.

Down-hole PCP of Petro-Top series adopts a variety of rubber formulations processed with advanced production technology. After 10 years development, more than 10 rubber formula for different wells have been developed. Pump displacement of 100RPM ranges from 10 m3/day to 950 m3/day @ 500 RPM. Maximum lifting capacity reaches to 3600 meters. Furthermore, based on a variety of special well conditions, rubber, lifting capacity, displacement and dimension can be customized.
Down-hole PCP consists of stator, rotor, tail pipes, centralize and other accessories. When dispatched from the factory stator and tail pipe are connected together, in accordance with well conditions to ensure the normal down-hole pumps operation.
